These Terms of Use govern the legal relationship between the service provider - NEMANJA ĆUK PR ŠTAMPANJE NA PAPIRU I LEPLJENJE NA DRVO ORTH CORNER SURČIN(PETROVČIĆ) - and the buyer who orders products through the orthodoxcorner.rs website (orthodoxcorner.rs). These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the Serbian Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette of RS" No. 88/2021), the Serbian Electronic Commerce Act ("Official Gazette of RS" No. 41/2009, 95/2013, 52/2019) and the Serbian Law on Obligations.

Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "we". The buyer (a natural person purchasing for purposes outside their professional activity) is hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer" or "you".
2. Scope and acceptance of terms
These Terms apply to all orders placed through the orthodoxcorner.rs website. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you may not use our services.
The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms in line with changes in legislation or business operations. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time the order is submitted.
3. Products and descriptions
The subject of sale are Orthodox icons made in the Seller's workshop in Petrovcic. Each piece is made on an MDF base with an eco-friendly finishing varnish and comes with a workshop certificate of authenticity.
Product photographs are illustrative. As the icons are partly handmade, minor differences in shade, texture or finish may exist between the displayed piece and the one delivered. Such differences do not constitute a defect within the meaning of Article 51 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act.
Available dimensions and techniques are listed on each product page. If a particular dimension or motif is not available, the Seller may offer made-to-order production - the terms of such an order are agreed separately.
4. Prices and payment methods
All prices on the website are stated in dinars (RSD) and show the total amount the Consumer pays for the product. Preduzetnik is not registered in the VAT system, so prices do not include VAT.
The delivery cost is calculated at the Checkout step before the order is confirmed and is clearly shown before you confirm your purchase.
Payment methods:
- Cash on delivery - in cash to the courier upon receipt of the package
- Bank transfer - instructions are sent by email after the order is confirmed; delivery begins once the payment is recorded in our account

5. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
The ordering process:
- Adding products to the cart
- Entering delivery details
- Choosing a payment method
- Reviewing the order with the total amount (products + delivery)
- Confirming the order by clicking the Confirm order button
By clicking Confirm order you make a binding offer to conclude the contract. The contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms receipt of the order by email. The contract is concluded in the Serbian language.
The Seller reserves the right to reject an order (with a written explanation by email) in the event of: product unavailability, suspicion of abuse, or if the data provided is clearly inaccurate.
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the Post Express courier service to the address you provided in the order. We deliver throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Timeframes:
- Production time: 5–10 radnih dana from order confirmation (for bank transfer - from the recording of the payment)
- Delivery time: 2–4 radna dana after the package is handed over to the courier
Delivery cost: 450 RSD. For orders over 10000 RSD, delivery is free.

7. Right to unilateral termination (withdrawal)
Under Article 28 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you received the product, without giving any reason.
You exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying us of your decision within that period, using the completed Withdrawal Form or another unambiguous statement (email, letter). The form is available on the Payment and Refunds page.
You must return the product no later than 14 days from the day you sent the notice of withdrawal. The cost of return is borne by the Consumer.

8. Complaints and conformity
The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the goods for a period of 2 years from receipt of the goods, under Article 50 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act. Non-conformity that appears within the first 6 months is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

The complaint must contain: the order number, a description of the problem, photographs if possible, and the way in which you wish the complaint to be resolved (repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract).
We send a response to the complaint (with a decision on acceptance, a proposed resolution and a deadline for resolution) within 8 days of receiving the complaint. The complaint is resolved within 15 days of its submission.
9. Seller's liability
The Seller is liable for damage arising from a breach of these Terms in accordance with the Serbian Law on Obligations. The Seller is not liable for damage arising from circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, courier strikes, natural disasters, IT incidents at third parties).
The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website. The website may be temporarily taken offline for maintenance or upgrades. We notify of longer outages on the website and by email to customers with an active order.
10. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, logos, design and other content on the website are the property of the Seller or are used with the owner's permission. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written permission is not allowed.
Traditional iconographic templates (motifs of saints, compositions) belong to the general heritage of the Orthodox tradition and are not subject to the Seller's copyright. The specific product photographs and all interpretation carried out in the Seller's workshop are its intellectual property.
11. Dispute resolution
This contract is governed by the substantive law of the Republic of Serbia.
The Seller and the Consumer undertake to attempt to resolve all disputes amicably, through dialogue and understanding. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the consumer may:
- Initiate out-of-court consumer dispute resolution proceedings before a body for out-of-court dispute resolution (the list of bodies is available on the website of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications)
- Initiate proceedings before the competent court in the Republic of Serbia
The court having subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction is the one at the Seller's registered seat, unless the Serbian Consumer Protection Act provides otherwise.
12. Final provisions
If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Matters not regulated by these Terms are settled by applying the regulations in force in the Republic of Serbia.
