Wholesale - partner questions
What is the minimum quantity for a wholesale price?
Wholesale terms apply from 10 icons per order, mixed by your choice of motif and size. For larger quantities the prices are more favorable - tell us the volume you are planning and we will prepare an offer.
Do I get a price list in advance?
We send wholesale prices on request, as they depend on quantity and choice of motif. Fill in the form with your approximate needs and within 24 hours you will receive a price list tailored to your order.
Is VAT shown on the invoice?
We operate as a flat-rate sole trader and are not in the VAT system, so invoices do not include calculated VAT (Art. 33 of the VAT Act). You receive a proper invoice for your bookkeeping.
Can I order saints that are not in the gallery?
Yes. We make icons of saints of your choice and sizes outside the standard range. State in your message what your customers are looking for and we will let you know the production time and price.
How do delivery and ongoing supply work?
After the order is confirmed, we make and deliver it by courier service across Serbia, carefully packed. For ongoing supply we agree on a schedule that suits you, without renegotiating the terms each time.
