This page explains the payment methods we accept, the right of withdrawal from a purchase within 14 days under Article 28 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act, and how complaints are handled. The service provider and seller of the products is NEMANJA ĆUK PR ŠTAMPANJE NA PAPIRU I LEPLJENJE NA DRVO ORTH CORNER SURČIN(PETROVČIĆ) (Preduzetnik), Tax ID 115698736, Reg. No. 68565286.
1. Payment methods
We accept two payment methods:
Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt)
In cash to the courier at the moment you receive the package. The amount you pay to the courier is the total order price plus the delivery fee, which is already stated in the order confirmation.
Bank transfer (wire payment)
After your order is confirmed, we send payment instructions to your email address with all the required details:

Production and shipping begin after the payment is recorded in our account (usually 1-2 business days after payment).
We currently do not accept card payments through the website. If we introduce that option in the future, this page will be updated.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are stated in dinars (RSD) and represent the final amount for the consumer. The displayed prices do NOT include the delivery fee - it is calculated on the Checkout page before the order is confirmed.
Since the Seller is not registered for VAT (flat-rate taxation), the prices do not include calculated VAT, and no VAT is shown on the invoice.
Delivery fee: 450 RSD. For orders above 10000 RSD, delivery is free.
3. Invoice and fiscalization
A fiscal receipt is issued with every order in accordance with the Serbian Law on Fiscalization. The receipt arrives by email as a PDF, and a physical copy is included with the package.
If you need an invoice in the name of a legal entity (with the buyer's Tax ID), state this in the order note or contact us before confirming the order at kontakt@orthodoxcorner.rs.
4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under Article 28 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette of RS" No. 88/2021), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day the product was delivered to you, without stating a reason and without bearing any costs other than the cost of returning the product.
The 14-day period starts from the day the product is received (the date the package is received from the courier). If the order contained several items delivered on different days, the period runs from the day the last item is received.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Consumer's special requirements or expressly personalized (for example, if you order an icon with a specific inscription or motif that is not part of the standard offer). Standard icons from our catalog are subject to the right of withdrawal.
5. Product return procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Notify us of your decision to withdraw - using the completed Withdrawal Form (section 7) or an unambiguous statement sent by email to kontakt@orthodoxcorner.rs
- Return the product no later than 14 days from the day you sent the withdrawal notice
- Return the product to the address: BRANKA PEŠIĆA 38, 11282, PETROVČIĆ, Srbija
Conditions for a successful return:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition
- Original packaging with protective layers and certificate of authenticity
- Without any signs of mounting (the hook has not been fixed to the wall)
The cost of returning the product is borne by the Consumer. We recommend shipping via a courier service with proof of receipt - the Seller is not liable for shipments that are lost or damaged during the return.
6. Refund of payment
After receiving the returned product and verifying that it is in a condition that allows withdrawal, we refund you the total amount you paid for the product, including the delivery costs you paid at purchase (except for additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard one).
Refund deadline: 14 days from the day we received the withdrawal notice, but not before we receive the returned product or proof that you have sent it.
The refund is made using the same payment method you used at purchase:
- Cash on delivery -> transfer to your current account (you need to provide the account number by email)
- Bank transfer -> transfer to the same account from which the money was received
You bear no additional costs for the refund - the bank fee is our obligation.

Tip: you do not have to use this form literally - any unambiguous statement by email is sufficient (e.g. "I withdraw from order number OC-2026-00042"). The form is there to make the procedure easier.
8. Complaint (difference from withdrawal)
A complaint is not the same as a withdrawal. Withdrawal is used when you change your mind (without a reason, within 14 days). A complaint is used when the product has a defect or does not conform to what you ordered.
Under Article 50 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act, the Seller is liable for non-conformity for 2 years from the day the goods are received. If the non-conformity appears within the first 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery (unless the Seller proves otherwise).
Complaint procedure:
- Send the complaint to kontakt@orthodoxcorner.rs or by phone at +381 63 1250 222
- State: the order number, a description of the problem, and photos if possible
- Propose a remedy: repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract with a refund
We send a response with the decision on the complaint within 8 days of receipt, and the complaint itself is resolved within 15 days (30 days for technical goods, but this does not apply to our icons).
9. Damage in transit
All icons are carefully packed with protective layers. In the event that the package arrives visibly damaged:
- Before signing for the courier, open the package and check the contents. You have the right to do this.
- If the icon is damaged, do NOT sign for receipt - refuse the package and ask the courier for a damage report
- Contact us the same day at kontakt@orthodoxcorner.rs with the order number and photos of the damage
In the event of damage, the Seller, in agreement with the Consumer, sends a new item or issues a full refund.
