Saint Anne the Righteous is the mother of the Most Holy Theotokos and the grandmother of the Lord Jesus Christ. With her husband, Joachim the Righteous, she was long without children, and after many years of prayer God gave them in their old age a daughter, Mary. That is why mothers turn to her, especially those who wait a long time for a child. The Church keeps the Conception of Saint Anne on 22 December and her Dormition on 7 August.
On the icon Saint Anne, in a purple maphorion, holds the young Theotokos in red and blue on her arm and points to her with her right hand. The inscription Η ΑΓΙΑ ΑΝΝΑ (Saint Anne) and the monogram ΜΡ ΘΥ are written in gold. The image is on a cut-out mounted over the wooden board, with two halos in raised gold.

Delivery
We ship all orders within Serbia only. Delivery takes 10-15 business days from order confirmation - this includes crafting, packaging and transport.
Icons are sent by courier, with proof of delivery. Packaging is twofold - an inner layer with protective foam and an outer cushioning layer for safe transport.

Returns
