A triptych - a three-panel icon - in Orthodox tradition is always a whole greater than the sum of its parts. This triptych builds that whole around the Lord Jesus Christ Pantocrator (ΙΣ ΧΣ - the Almighty): in the centre He blesses and holds an open Gospel, while on either side stand Archangels Michael and Gabriel - the leaders of the heavenly hosts, who in Holy Scripture stand closest to God's throne and carry His most important messages. Michael is the protector and commander of the heavenly army; Gabriel is the messenger, the one who brought the good news to the Mother of God. Together with Christ at the centre, they form an iconographic image of the heavenly court.
The three panels together form a single devotional composition - for the sacred corner of your home, as a family icon, or for one who prays especially to the Archangels. Greek inscriptions identify all three figures: ΙΣ ΧΣ for Christ, and the name of each archangel on the side panels. The triptych does not fold - the three panels stand side by side as a complete composition.

Delivery
We ship all orders within Serbia only. Delivery takes 10-15 business days from order confirmation - this includes crafting, packaging and transport.
Icons are sent by courier, with proof of delivery. Packaging is twofold - an inner layer with protective foam and an outer cushioning layer for safe transport.
