The icon depicts three youths - Ananias, Azarias and Misael - Jewish captives in Babylon who refused to bow before the golden idol of King Nebuchadnezzar. For this they were cast into a furnace heated seven times hotter than usual, yet the flame did not touch them.
In the midst of the fire, a fourth walked with them - the Angel of the Lord - and they sang praise to God in the flames. The king, witnessing the miracle, glorified the one true God. Their faithfulness is an image of steadfastness that passes through the fire of trials unscathed. Their feast day is 30 December, before the Nativity of Christ. Before this icon the faithful pray for courage and faithfulness in times of trial.

Delivery
We ship all orders within Serbia only. Delivery takes 10-15 business days from order confirmation - this includes crafting, packaging and transport.
Icons are sent by courier, with proof of delivery. Packaging is twofold - an inner layer with protective foam and an outer cushioning layer for safe transport.
