St. John the Forerunner and Baptist is the last prophet of the Old and the first witness of the New Testament - the one who prepared the way of the Lord. He lived in the desert in strict ascetic struggle, feeding on honey and locusts, preaching repentance and baptising the people in the River Jordan.
Christ Himself said of him that among those born of women none is greater than John. He baptised the Lord in the Jordan and pointed Him out to the people with the words: "Behold the Lamb of God." He is greatly venerated as a powerful intercessor and protector. Before his icon the faithful pray for repentance, for strong faith and for protection.

Delivery
We ship all orders within Serbia only. Delivery takes 10-15 business days from order confirmation - this includes crafting, packaging and transport.
Icons are sent by courier, with proof of delivery. Packaging is twofold - an inner layer with protective foam and an outer cushioning layer for safe transport.
Payment
