St. Augustine, bishop of Hippo (354 to 430), in his youth led a turbulent and sinful life, searching for truth through various teachings. Through the tears and prayers of his mother, St. Monica, and the sermons of St. Ambrose of Milan, he at last turned to Christ and was baptised.
He became a bishop and one of the greatest theologians and teachers of the Church. His "Confessions" - an honest account of wandering and conversion - still moves readers today with its famous line: "Our heart is restless until it rests in Thee, O God." His feast day is 15 June. Before his icon the faithful pray for conversion, for peace for a restless heart, and for truth.

Delivery
We ship all orders within Serbia only. Delivery takes 10-15 business days from order confirmation - this includes crafting, packaging and transport.
Icons are sent by courier, with proof of delivery. Packaging is twofold - an inner layer with protective foam and an outer cushioning layer for safe transport.
