Saint Olga was the princess of Kievan Rus and the first ruler of her land to embrace Christianity. She was baptized in Constantinople, where she received the name Helen at her baptism, and in doing so she opened the way for the conversion of her entire people. Her work was continued and completed by her grandson, Saint Prince Vladimir, which is why the Church honors her as Equal-to-the-Apostles - one whose feat equals that of the apostles. On this icon she is shown in white, pearl-adorned princely robes with gold bands and jewels, holding an Orthodox cross in her hand - a sign of the faith she professed and passed on to her people. The Greek inscription Η ΑΓΙΑ ΟΛΓΑ means "Saint Olga".
The faithful pray to Saint Olga for steadfastness in faith, for wisdom in guiding the family and home, and for the spiritual renewal of their loved ones. Delivery
We ship all orders within Serbia only. Delivery takes 10-15 business days from order confirmation - this includes crafting, packaging and transport.
Icons are sent by courier, with proof of delivery. Packaging is twofold - an inner layer with protective foam and an outer cushioning layer for safe transport.
