St. Veronica, according to pious tradition, was a woman who on Christ's way of the cross to Golgotha approached the Lord and wiped His sweat-covered and bloodied face with her cloth. Upon the linen, as a miracle, His image was imprinted - the "Image Not Made by Hands." In this icon Veronica is depicted holding before her the white cloth bearing the face of the Saviour.
Her gesture - compassion turned into action amid the indifference of others - has for centuries been an image of mercy that is not afraid to draw near to one who suffers. Made in book form, this icon folds and can be carried. Before it the faithful pray for compassion, for the courage to help one who is suffering, and for healing.

Delivery
We ship all orders within Serbia only. Delivery takes 10-15 business days from order confirmation - this includes crafting, packaging and transport.
Icons are sent by courier, with proof of delivery. Packaging is twofold - an inner layer with protective foam and an outer cushioning layer for safe transport.
