Archangels Michael and Gabriel are in Orthodox tradition the two closest to God. Michael is the commander of the heavenly army, Gabriel the herald - the one God sent to announce to Zechariah the birth of John the Baptist, and to the Most Pure Virgin Mary the Annunciation of the God-child. On the icon they stand together in full height, in royal vestments, with spear and sceptre, and between them hold a medallion with the image of the Lord Jesus Christ. The inscriptions Ο ΑΡΧ ΜΙΧΑΗΛ (left) and Ο ΑΡΧ ΓΑΒΡΙΗΛ (right) clearly identify them. The gold, subtly textured background with rustic edges of the base gives the icon a solemn and ancient character.
Such double icons of the archangels are particularly valued for the sacred corners of homes, churches and chapels, and also as a gift for krsna slava or Aranđelovdan when the head of the household celebrates one of the two heavenly commanders.

- Lithograph print. The icon is printed in high resolution onto the prepared MDF base, with faithful colours and detail.
- Hand-finishing. Every piece is finished and checked by hand before the final coat.
- Eco-friendly varnish. The final coat protects against moisture and gives lasting durability - the colours stay vivid for years.
- Certificate and hook. The back carries the workshop's mark and a hook ready for hanging. Every icon comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Delivery
We ship all orders within Serbia only. Delivery takes 10-15 business days from order confirmation - this includes crafting, packaging and transport.
Icons are sent by courier, with proof of delivery. Packaging is twofold - an inner layer with protective foam and an outer cushioning layer for safe transport.
Payment

Returns
